DraftPics does not provide proofs before ordering. A sample image style is shown on this page, and parents are welcome to observe the photography on PhotoDay to help ensure smiles, posing, and details look right.

📦 Order Delivery

• Orders placed before the deadline will be delivered to the organization for distribution.
• Orders placed after the deadline will receive an email with pickup instructions.

🧾Separate Orders for Multiple Players

Please place a separate order for each player so we can more easily create correctly. Sibling products are the exception and may include more than one athlete where applicable.

We do not personally know you or your players.
To ensure we match the correct images, you must provide:
✅ Player’s FULL name
✅ Jersey number
✅ Team / Division
✅ Jersey colour (if applicable)
✅ Organization
We create your order using this information.
Incorrect or incomplete details will delay your order.
Please double-check everything before submitting.
If the information is correct, your order will be created without issue.
