What We Need From Your Organization
Getting started with DraftPics is simple. All we need is a schedule, a suitable location to photograph, and a main point of contact from your organization to help keep communication clear and organized.
From there, DraftPics takes care of the rest — including photography, online ordering, customer support, and the overall flow of PhotoDay. The result is a smoother, more professional experience for your league and a better one for your families.

Is there a cost to have DraftPics host our PhotoDay?+
No upfront cost is required to have DraftPics host your PhotoDay. To get started, we simply need a schedule, a suitable location to photograph, and a main point of contact from your organization.
What does DraftPics need from our organization?+
We need a suitable shooting area with shelter from direct sun or rain, access to power for our lights and computers, accurate team rosters, and your current organization logos or branding. Please allow approximately 20 minutes per team in the PhotoDay schedule. A main point of contact also helps keep communication simple. From there, DraftPics handles the photography, ordering system, customer support, and overall PhotoDay flow.
How does ordering work for families?+
Families order online through the DraftPics ordering system — no paper forms, envelopes, or pressure to purchase on PhotoDay. Please place a separate order for each athlete so every product, player detail, and image stays connected to the correct child. Designated Sibling Portrait products are the exception when offered.
What happens if a family has a question or an issue with an order?+
DraftPics handles customer support directly. This means your coaches, volunteers, and board members are not left in the middle of ordering questions or concerns.
Do you provide team photos as well as individual portraits?+
Absolutely. DraftPics creates both individual portraits and finished team photos. Rather than requiring everyone to hold a traditional group pose at the same moment, we build the team image as a composite using the individual poses captured during PhotoDay. That creates a cleaner, more consistent team photo and gives us much more flexibility when an athlete is late or misses their scheduled team time.
Can families still order after the deadline?+
Yes. Families can still place an order after the organization deadline, but late orders are no longer included with the organization delivery. Once the order is ready, the customer will receive an email with instructions to arrange pickup from our Forest Glade location.
