Is there a cost to have DraftPics host our PhotoDay?
No upfront cost is required to have DraftPics host your PhotoDay. To get started, we simply need a schedule, a suitable location to photograph, and a main point of contact from your organization.
What does DraftPics need from our organization?
We ask for a schedule, a location, and one main contact to help keep communication clear and organized. From there, DraftPics handles the photography, ordering system, customer support, and overall PhotoDay flow.
How does ordering work for families?
Families place their orders online through the DraftPics ordering system. This creates a simpler, more convenient process and eliminates the need for paper order forms and the confusion that can come with them.
What happens if a family has a question or an issue with an order?
DraftPics handles customer support directly. This means your coaches, volunteers, and board members are not left in the middle of ordering questions or concerns.
Do you provide team photos as well as individual portraits?
Yes. DraftPics creates both individual portraits and team photos. Our process also allows for flexibility when schedules are tight or when not every athlete is available at the same time.
Can families still order after the deadline?
In many cases, yes. Late orders may still be accepted, although turnaround and delivery arrangements may differ from orders placed before the organization deadline.

How it Works
1. Plan the Schedule, Provide Rosters
You provide the schedule, location, and a point of contact. Also please provide accurate rosters for all teams to be photographed.
2. We Photograph the Athletes
DraftPics captures bold, professional individual portraits and team imagery.
3. Families Order Online
Parents order through our simple online system.
4. We Handle the Rest
DraftPics manages support, fulfillment, and the overall process. Delivering back to you in roughly 6 weeks.
