What Does My Order Status Mean?

We regularly receive questions from parents asking about the status of their orders. To make things easier, you can review what each order status means below.

This page is here to help you better understand where your order is in the process and whether any action is needed on your end.

A Quick Note

Many DraftPics orders are created and submitted in batches by organization, so it is normal for some orders to remain in processing while others from the same group are completed around the same time.

Your order has been received and is currently in our production queue.

All DraftPics orders begin in Order Processing. Because each image is created individually, it is normal for an order to remain in this status for a period of time while we work through orders by organization.

Please rest assured that your order is in the system and will be worked on as production moves forward.

Your image has been created and your order has been sent to the lab for printing.
Depending on the products ordered, lab turnaround may take up to two weeks.

Your order is complete and ready for pickup, but it has not yet been collected.
This status simply serves as a reminder that your order is still waiting for pickup. Please refer to the reminder email for pickup details.

Your order has been fully completed.

This status most commonly applies to digital orders once the image has been delivered by email. For physical products, it means the products have been created and finalized.

Your order cannot move forward until an issue is resolved.

When an order is placed on hold, our system sends an email asking you to contact us. In this case, action is required on your end before the order can continue.

Common Reasons for an Order Hold

  • the parent’s name was entered instead of the player’s name
  • the wrong organization was selected
  • player details were incomplete or incorrect
  • the jersey number or other identifying information did not match

Your order is complete and ready for pickup.
You will receive an email with instructions for pickup from our Forest Glade location. Please wait for that email before arriving, as pickup is arranged once your order is ready.
