The Commitment
Things your Team will need to provide
*** ATTENTION CLUB MANAGERS***
We'd love to inspire and motivate your team or club through a DraftPics team banner. We do need to have a few things in order however before we can book the Team PhotoDay. Please take a moment to ensure your team or group can arrange for and complete these items. It's just to ensure we can deliver the Ultimate Portrait Photography Experience to your players and their families.
- We need a place to photograph your group. (we need adequate space for an order desk, studio lighting, backgrounds, and other photographic equipment.) We also need access to building power for our tools.
- We need all players and coaches to be present and participate. As it is a team photo, we would like all members to be a part of it. There is no obligation to purchase any add-ons outside of the "Buy-In" or "Session Fee".
- We need your group as a whole to agree on either one of the Team PhotoDay | Team Banner options. Either one is fine with us, But everyone will get the same thing. We will not split up the session fees.
- Please choose between two session options... $25/player (no Banner Creation) or $35 /player (Banner Creation).
- There is no obligation to purchase prints or additional items. While we feel our "art" inspires more when printed large, please do not feel any additional pressure to purchase anything with us.
- The team manager must arrange session payments. Your team's "buy-in" should be made in one payment. We do not want to charge ( or chase) each parent individually on the day of the shoot.

Frequently Asked Questions
We strive to create something amazing and inspirational for each member of your team. Each composite player portraits is created by hand. There really is no automation. This means they all get the proper attention. Of course, this also takes time. In order to keep the production flowing, we need to ensure each member of the club receives the same basic items. From backgrounds to stylings, we don’t want any member of your team wishing their images were as amazing as another player within your team. They should all be the same
We understand that each team, and their families are different. And they have different needs. And for this reason, we’ve offered two basic session solutions.
For $25/Player, we’ll photograph everyone in your club, and create a beautiful player portrait composite that will surely amaze. Of course you’ll receive the team banner graphic as well. These are downloaded images. NOT PRINTS.
For $35/Player, we’ll photograph everyone in your club and create a beautiful player portrait composite, that will surely amazing. You’ll also receive the team banner graphic. Lastly we will offer an 8×12 sports-mate composite, allowing your family to post an image of your team along with their favourite athlete.
Your group will also have access to better, newer and more complex backgrounds, graphics and effects.
Typically, we are able to deliver the digital composited player portraits within a week or two. The ordered prints will be ready to distribute in about 6 weeks.
