HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER?

We hear this often — and in most cases, the order isn’t missing at all.
Please be patient. Each coach is responsible for distributing their team’s orders, and some are able to do that sooner than others.

If you notice a friend on a different team has already received their package while yours hasn’t, don’t panic. That simply means their coach has already handed them out.

Trust the process — your order is coming.

It genuinely bothers us when we make an error. We take a lot of pride in our work, and if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to correct it as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind that we don’t know the athletes personally. While a mistake may have occurred, it was never intentional or made out of disregard.
