To speed up the process of locating your order, please check out the info below. 98% of the missing order issues, aren’t missing at all.
Please be sure to check with your team’s coach or manager before messaging us. Typically orders are delivered from us to our league photoday coordinator. Then they are made available for your coaches to receive and hand out.
Often, when discussing multiple orders for siblings and such, we’ll package all orders and organize them to be handed out with the youngest player.
We’ll notice that the same parent has multiple orders, and sort them with the youngest. So please be sure to wait till the youngest receives their order, before inquiring.
When making your inquiry, please provide your invoice number. When placing an order, invoice numbers and an informational email are automatically sent to you. If you didn’t receive the emails, please check your junk mail. If you still don’t have the invoice number etc…. you likely haven’t placed your order completely.
Please do your homework before inquiring. Providing the last 4 digits of the CC used also helps.
(Yes 90% of those who’s order is missing, never actually placed an order.)
Haven’t received your order?
We hear all the time that orders are missing etc. Be patient! Each coach is responsbile to collect they’re orders. Some do it quicker than others. So please don’t panic when you see a friend on a different team recieve their package, and your team hasn’t received yours.
Trust the process… it’s coming.
