WHAT IS THE STATUS
We regularly receive emails from parents asking about the status of their orders.
To make things easier, you can now look up your order at any time and review detailed explanations of each order status that may affect it. This allows you to stay informed without delays and ensures a smoother, more transparent experience from order placement to completion.
Understanding the Order Status’
ORDER PROCESSING
Order Processing refers to orders that are currently in the queue awaiting creation and submission to the lab. All orders initially enter the Processing status after being placed.
It is normal for an order to remain in this status for a period of time. Each order is created individually, which requires careful attention to detail and does take time. Orders are typically completed in batches by organization.
Please rest assured—your order is in the system and will be processed. We appreciate your patience as we work through each order to ensure the highest quality result.
Order Created
Orders in the CREATED status mean that we’ve created the image and sent it off to the lab for printing. Depending on the item it can take up to 2 weeks to return from the lab.
ORDER COMPLETE
An order displaying the Order Complete status indicates that the order has been fully fulfilled.
This status most commonly applies to digital file orders. Once a digital image has been delivered via email, the order is automatically marked as Order Complete.
If your order includes physical products, the completion status will update once all items have been produced and finalized.
ORDER PICKUP
Orders displaying the Order Pickup status have been fully completed and are ready for collection.
Once your order is fulfilled, our system will automatically send an email containing instructions on how to arrange your pickup. After booking your pickup day, you will be provided with a map and directions to our Forest Glade pickup location.
Please ensure you have received and reviewed the pickup email before arriving, as orders are released by appointment only.
REMINDER ORDER PICKUP STATUS
The Reminder Order Pickup status applies to orders that have been completed and are ready for pickup but have been awaiting collection for some time.
This status triggers a courtesy reminder email to let you know that your order is complete and still available for pickup. Please refer to the reminder email for instructions on scheduling or completing your order pickup.
ORDER REPRINT
An order showing the Order Reprint status indicates that an issue was identified and the item requires reprinting.
If you see this status on your order, please be assured that our team is actively addressing the issue and working to make it right. Reprints are prioritized to ensure your order meets DraftPics’ quality standards before final delivery.
No action is required on your part unless we contact you directly for additional information.
ORDER HOLD
Orders with an Order Hold status indicate that an issue was identified that prevents the order from being completed.
When an order is placed on hold, our system automatically sends an email requesting that you contact us to resolve the issue. Please note that we do not follow up or chase for unresolved holds—action is required on your end for the order to proceed.
Most Common Reasons for an Order Hold

The parent’s name was entered instead of the player’s name

The incorrect organization was selected

Insufficient or incorrect player details (e.g., wrong jersey number, unclear identification)
Once the issue is resolved, the order will resume processing.
