Truth is, with each image order being individually created, we just don’t have the means to produce a proofing process.
So we offer a proofless ordering experience. Please put your trust in us, knowing full well we don’t want to give you an image that you are not super proud of.

We created a system using the team rosters and using created QR Codes.
On PhotoDay, a team member will assemble the players in a line. Recieving each’s name as they come through. Then the QR code is photographed, telling our images the players name.
The last image of the player is always that of the jersey number. just in case the technology fails us, we’ll always have the jersey number to look back on.
At the time of ordering its required to inform us of your players name, the number, the jersey colour etc. Using that info, we can quickly search for the name. And we can confirm that indeed the numbers and jersey colour do in fact match the order form.
And then we create!
