ORDER FORM DISTRIBUTION
• Order forms are provided to the league at no cost.
• Order forms are sent to your league photo coordinator bundled by the team.
• Forms must be distributed 10-14 days prior to photo day.
ORDERING INFORMATION
• Orders are submitted with payment on photo day.
• Photos are returned inside the order form for easy order verification.
• Parents can immediately confirm their order. Reduces the number of customer service issues.
TEAM SCHEDULING
• We can set up as many photographers as needed to handle the size of your league.
• Scheduling of teams can be coordinated by your league or by us. Just let us know!
• Team appointment times are adjusted to the league’s needs.
• Make-up dates are available for re shoots due to inclement weather.
PRODUCTS OFFERED
• Parents can purchase A’ La Carte items without purchasing a “PACKAGE”.
• Time tested packages, great prices anyone can afford.
• A sample product display will be available on photo day.

• Photos are delivered in six weeks or less*.
• Finished orders are packaged by the player/team for easy distribution.
